As the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) participating in the Earth Rangers Take a Stand for Wildlife fundraising program, I hereby expressly give my consent to Earth Rangers to use my and/or my child(ren)’s name, uploaded image(s) and/or photograph(s) (collectively the “User Content”) in Earth Rangers’ sole discretion, including without limitation, on the Earth Rangers website, in Earth Rangers materials, on social media, with Earth Rangers sponsors, partners and service providers, and for any purpose whatsoever, including for future marketing of Earth Rangers’ programs. I understand that the User Content is provided at my own risk, and that Earth Rangers shall not be responsible for the copying, reproduction, downloading, transmission, and/or posting of the User Content by third parties. In recognition of the foregoing and without limiting s. 7 of the Terms and Conditions, Earth Rangers will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with the use, or reliance on, the User Content. I acknowledge that Earth Rangers shall not be obligated to display the User Content and that Earth Rangers will have no obligation whatsoever to compensate me for any use of the User Content.
