Hold a “thon”

Walk-a-thon, run-a-thon, bike-a-thon, jump-a-thon, hop-on-one-foot-while-singing-showtunes-a-thon… the possibilities are endless! Ask your friends, family, and neighbours to sponsor your “thon” to save animals.

 

Environmental challenge

Challenge yourself to do something great for the environment! You can go plastic-free for an entire month, plant 100 trees, or go on daily litter walks.

 

Reading challenge

Ask friends and family to sponsor you reading one book a day. Make it extra Earth-Rangery by reading a different animal book each day!

Litter Cleanup

Plan a litter cleanup to green-up your neighbourhood! Ask friends, family, and neighbours to sponsor your cleanup. You’ll be helping your project animal and the animals in your neighbourhood at the same time!

Car or Bike Wash

All you need is some buckets of water, eco-friendly soap, sponges, and rags for drying. Don’t forget to put up signs all around your neighbourhood!

Libby

Libby raised $440 for her fundraising campaign primarily by collecting and recycling bottles and cans. She also reduced her home's waste and spread awareness about the importance of biodiversity and habitat protection.

Varielle

Varielle raised $180 for Earth Rangers by completing two fundraising campaigns for the Swift Fox and Peregrine Falcons, going door-to-door with her dad while wearing her Earth Rangers gear. She also engaged in eco-friendly activities like making Christmas cards for Operation Christmas Child, recycling, composting, helping local wildlife, planting seeds, and creating anti-litter posters.

Isabella

Isabella raised $561 for her Earth Rangers campaign to protect wildlife by organizing a combined garage sale, bake sale, jewelry sale, and kids' art sale, along with candy jar guessing games. 

Nicolas

Nicolas raised $140 for his Earth Rangers campaign to protect the swift fox by making and selling Valentine's Day cards, also accepting used batteries as payment, which he properly recycled. 

 

Rowan and Kendra

Rowan and Kendra raised $535 by hosting a donation-based birthday party and creating and selling bracelets and necklaces to support animals. Rowan asked for donations instead of birthday presents, and Kendra spread awareness at school with posters and presentations.

Logan

Logan's fundraising idea of Parachute Bracelets became a huge hit, raising over $600 and quickly selling out. His campaign even attracted attention from a local radio station, Kool FM, where he was interviewed about his fundraising campaign.

Michelle

Michelle raised $655 through her campaign focused on the swift fox. She was inspired by its adorable appearance and concerned by its endangered status. Her fundraising events, including those held at a local retirement home, aimed to support the protection of the swift fox and other wildlife.

Menka

Menka hosted a series of fundraising campaigns to support wildlife and habitat protection initiatives, aligning with her advocacy for preserving wildlife and maintaining a clean environment.

 

Amanda

Amanda's latest fundraising campaign focused on helping the Polar bear. She launched an email campaign to family and friends and committed to collecting 125 pounds of garbage from her community!
