Starting Your Fundraiser

Being an animal-saving hero is easy! Just work with a parent or guardian to follow these steps and get started:

1) Choose your animal and click “Start Fundraising”.

2) Create your account. Make sure you have permission from a parent or guardian!

3) Create your fundraising page. The deadline to start your fundraising campaign for these animals is August 31, 2025. Give your page a name and describe what you’ll be doing to help save animals. Have fun customizing your page to make it look great!

4) Start fundraising! Share your page with friends and family and ask them to support your cause by making a donation. If you’re collecting money offline (like with a lemonade stand or bake sale), ask your parent or guardian to donate your earnings on your campaign page. Don’t forget to thank your donors with a nice email, phone call, or card!

5) Complete your campaign. When you’re finished fundraising, scroll to the bottom of your fundraising page and click “Close My Campaign”. If you don’t close it yourself, all campaigns will automatically end on September 1, 2025.

6) Get your rewards. If you’ve earned any rewards, congrats! All mailed rewards require you to confirm via email your rewards package and your mailing address. We’ll send you an email after your campaign is closed with more details, so keep your eyes on your inbox – you don’t want to miss it!

7) Give yourself a high five. It’s not that hard – try it! You deserve all the high fives because you took a stand for something you believe in and made a real difference. Thank you from the animals, the researchers, and all of us at Earth Rangers for being an animal-saving hero!!!
