I’m taking a stand!
I’ve started my very own Earth Rangers fundraiser to help protect river otters!
Did you know that Ontario’s Frontenac Arch is an ancient granite bridge with rugged, rocky slopes, thick green forests, and beautiful wetland valleys? The Blue Lake area within this arch is an important habitat for river otters, but it is threatened by the rapid spread of invasive plants like European Common Reed.
That’s why I’m taking a stand for river otters and raising money to help protect and restore their habitat. The funds I raise will support habitat restoration, including the removal of invasive plants in the Blue Lake area, and will help conduct species inventory and monitoring to gather essential data for ongoing site management plans.
