I'm helping to Bring Back the Wild!

Hi Earth Ranger! Welcome aboard – time to publish your first blog post! You can customize it however you want, and we’ve included information about each project we’re supporting below – keep the one that matches the animal you selected, and feel free to add your own personal touch to help potential donors understand why it’s so important to you to protect animals, or why you love the one you chose!

-----------------------------

Red Fox

I’ve started my very own fundraiser to help Earth Rangers Bring Back the Wild – and I need your help! Red foxes are mischievous critters that thrive in the dense forests of the Ottawa Valley. Unfortunately, invasive plant species are over-running the valley, making it harder for foxes to find food. Your support will help conservationists who are working around the clock to remove these invasive plants, restore native species, and protect the valley for generations of red foxes to come.

Grey Wolf

I’ve started my very own fundraiser to help Earth Rangers Bring Back the Wild – and I need your help! Grey wolves are noble canines that thrive in the deep snows of the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation’s Traditional Territory around Old Crow, Yukon. Unfortunately, climate change and human development threaten their habitat. Your support will help conservationists and Vuntut Gwitchin Land Guardians as they study wolf behaviour, share traditional knowledge, and develop new solutions to save wolves.

Sea Turtle

I’ve started my very own fundraiser to help Earth Rangers Bring Back the Wild – and I need your help! Sea turtles thrive in the sandy beaches and sunny surf of Nicaragua. Unfortunately, climate change and over-fishing threaten their habitat. Your support will help the Sea Turtle Education and Protection Program, which engages local children in maintaining a community sea turtle hatchery and protecting turtles' eggs and nests.

Bumblebee

I’ve started my very own fundraiser to help Earth Rangers Bring Back the Wild – and I need your help! Bumblebees thrive in fields of flowers. Unfortunately, climate change and human development threaten their migration patterns and the plants they rely on to survive. Your support will help the conservation of the Bunchgrass Hills, a vast wildlife corridor full of native grasslands and home to a whopping six different types of bumblebees.

Cougar

I’ve started my very own fundraiser to help Earth Rangers Bring Back the Wild – and I need your help! Cougars are fierce felines that thrive in the Cypress Uplands, a rare ecosystem that survived the Ice Age and now holds plant species and rock formations that can’t be found anywhere else on Earth. Your support will help the conservation of the Cypress Uplands, protecting this unique habitat for generations of cougars to come
